A website redesign project that brought more structure to MagNet’s products and everyday banking services, while giving space to the consistent values-led approach and community perspective that have long shaped the bank.

Discovery and concept support for a new accounting-related product direction within a business software portfolio. The work focused on mapping accountant, payroll specialist, and business owner journeys, identifying key pain points, and turning them into prioritised feature opportunities.

Concept-level UX design for a statutory reporting service, letting clients create yearly financial statements from accounting data, manual inputs, and supporting documents. The work focused on turning a complex, partly manual compliance process into a structured digital workflow and a testable prototype.

UX support for a diaper gifting platform after a compromise-heavy MVP launch. After addressing issues in the existing product, I explored a new gifter-initiated feature: a way for a friend to organise a group gift on the parents’ behalf.
